Pricing
SOFT SERVE MACHINE RENTAL
For up to 5 Hours
$350 - within a 20 mile radius of WDHQ
$400 - within a 20 - 25 mile radius
$450 - within a 25 - 30 mile radius
$150 Deposit Required at Booking
This deposit will be refunded if the machine has been cleaned and there is no damage.
Private Parties - Balance due one week prior to rental.
Corporate Parties - 15 day net.
SOFT SERVE
Vanilla Frostline® Soft Serve
$40 - approximately 75 3.5 ounce servings
This treat is lactose free, gluten free, Halal and Kosher OUD. This creaminess is anything but your basic vanilla.
Let us know if you are interested in colors or flavors other than vanilla!
All the Deets
DELIVERY & SET-UP
We will deliver and set-up the machine. The machine will be on a cart with wheels for easy placement. The best location will not have steps, hills or uneven ground. If there are a few stairs, we ask that you have 2-3 people available to assist. Arrangements will be made with the renters for us to pick up the machine.
We will also supply a 25 foot heavy duty extension cord if necessary.
DEPOSIT
The $150 deposit will be due at time of booking. This deposit will be refunded after the event if returned clean and undamaged.
ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS
A 20-amp dedicated circuit is required to run the machine. It plugs in to a standard outlet but must be on a 20-amp circuit with no other appliances running at the same time. If you have questions about this, please contact us to discuss.

THE SOFT SERVE MIX
The mix is Frostline® Vanilla. It is a sweet creamy vanilla soft serve. Best of all, it is lactose free, gluten free, Halal and Kosher OUD. It's anything but your basic vanilla. If you have a special request for another flavor or color, please let us know and we will try to accommodate your request.
EQUIPMENT CLEANING
All equipment must be cleaned before our return for pick up. The cleaning instructions will be on the side of the machine. Cleaning involves running water through until clear and wiping machine down.
